Refunds / Cancellation:

ALL Reservation fees to secure the hall dates are non refundable

Fees paid towards catering and décor will only be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to event date and external companies have not been already paid.

All outstanding funds for the venue catering and décor must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event date. If funds are not cleared by the due date the event will be treated as a cancellation for which you will forfeit your deposit.

Access times:

Sapphire Ball Room is 9am , Charis and Roslyn access is 12pm midday.

Closing times:

Sunday – Thursday the venue shuts at 12am, music must be off at 11:00pm latest for all events. All external décor must be removed by close of venue time.

Fridays and Saturdays music must be turned off by 12:30am latest and the venue shuts at 1am. All external décor must be removed by close of venue time.
